Terms of Service
Last Updated: December 12, 2025
Agreement to Terms
By using the services of PowerPlay Little Elm Concrete, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our services. We provide concrete installation, repair, and restoration services throughout Little Elm, TX and surrounding areas.
Services We Provide
We offer professional concrete services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and decorative concrete work. All quotes are estimates based on site conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change if we discover unforeseen conditions like poor soil, hidden utilities, or other site issues that affect the project.
Payment Terms
We require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. If you cancel a project after work has begun, you're responsible for materials purchased and labor completed up to the cancellation date.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. However, timelines can be affected by weather, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We'll keep you updated if any delays occur and work to complete your project as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
Warranty Information
We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. This warranty covers defects in our installation but doesn't cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, soil settlement, or normal wear and tear. Warranty details are provided in writing for each project.
Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing clear access to the work area, marking any underground utilities, obtaining necessary permits (unless we agree to handle this), and ensuring pets and children are kept away from the work site for safety. You should also protect any landscaping or structures you want to preserve.
Liability Limits
We carry appropriate insurance for our work. However, we're not liable for damage to unmarked underground utilities, pre-existing structural issues, or problems caused by factors outside our control. We take every precaution to protect your property during our work.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We're committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems. These terms are governed by Texas law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For questions about these terms, contact us at (214) 935-5557 or info@littleelmconcreteworks.com.
